Harneet Singh

Having completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto, Harneet Singh brought his analytical and comprehensive skills into his LLB, which he pursued in 2011 and completed in 2013 at City University, London, U.K.

Thereafter, Harneet completed his NCA evaluation exams as well as the Barrister and Solicitor exams while articling at SOCAN. Since 2013, Harneet has been actively involved in teaching internationally trained law graduates and assisting them with clearing NCA exams as well as the Ontario Barrister and Solicitor Exams. Teaching has been an active hobby that has continuously helped Harneet remain involved with the future law graduate community while also keeping him up to date with ongoing legal developments.

In 2016, Harneet started his own law practice in the name of Harneet Singh Legal Professional Corporation and has been continually honing his legal skills. Through the Law Practice Program and his involvement with clients, Harneet has trained and is currently practicing and advocating in Small Claims Court, Superior Court, Divisional Court, Federal Court, Ontario Court of Justice for criminal matters, residential and commercial real estate matters, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, Family Court, and the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, among others.

Harneet is a hardworking lawyer who is building his own practice and is dedicated to assisting his clientele to the best of his ability. His business ideology is that client referral is the best referral and the clearest indication of a lawyer’s achievements. His legal ideology is: knowledge is not knowing everything, but knowing where to find everything.
